Email support@myworkbench.io. Please include:
- The email address on your Workbench account.
- The device and OS version (e.g. "iPhone 15, iOS 18.2").
- A description of what you were doing when the problem happened, and what you expected.
- Screenshots if possible.
Account deletion
You can delete your account from inside the app under Settings → Delete account. Deletion is immediate and permanent. If you have already uninstalled the app and cannot reach the in-app flow, email support@myworkbench.io from the address on file and we will delete your account within 30 days.
Reporting abuse or content
You can report any post, clip, comment, message, profile, or project from a long-press menu or the share menu inside the app. For urgent safety issues that cannot wait, email support@myworkbench.io with "URGENT" in the subject line.
Copyright (DMCA) takedowns
Send a written notice to support@myworkbench.io with "DMCA" in the subject line. Include:
- A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
- The URL or in-app location of the allegedly infringing content.
- Your contact information.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Status
If the app is not working at all, check Supabase status and Cloudflare status — those are our primary infrastructure providers.
